Prestige Snowmobile Tours offer 3-hour morning and afternoon trips, full-day trips (6 hours), and 2-hour evening tours. Tours include guides, refreshments, and all equipment. Ask our Central Reservations for more details.
Let Fernie Lodging Company make arrangements for you to experience cat-skiing. Enjoy the thrill of backcountry skiing 10,000-12,000 vertical feet in one day without the effort of climbing. Only a 15-minute shuttle to the Lodge. After completing your paperwork and gear set-up, you'll ride in a snowcat to the ski lodge for about 45 minutes.
Return time is between 4:00-4:30 p.m.
Cat-skiing/boarding terrain is predominantly gladed tree skiing and occasional tree bands leading into open chutes. Available terrain is dependant on current weather and safety conditions and group ability. Note that where any climate is uncontrolled, some alterations to daily plans may be necessary to provide the safest experience. Day rates include guided skiing, lunch and use of avalanche transceivers; excludes transportation to and from the lodge and fat ski rentals (if required).
