Luxury Resort Homes
Fernie Lodging Company manages an exclusive selection of premium resort homes and mountain chalets. The ultimate in luxury and comfort, these warm and inviting homes can host your family for Christmas vacation, catered gourmet dinner party for 14, corporate retreat or executive getaway.
Most are equipped with outdoor hot tub, indoor games room, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and barbecue. All are unique in their design, featuring distinctive furnishings ranging from rustic mountain charm to contemporary living. Spectacular Rocky Mountain views surround you at every turn.
With seven locations (Kodiak Lodge, Kimbers Timbers, River Rock Lodge, Avalanche Lodge, Snowman Chalet, Willow Creek Lodge and First Tracks Lodge) in the resort, there are ski-in/ski-out, ski-in or on the mountain choices. All guests staying at our Resort Homes have access to the fitness centre at the King Fir Lodge at Timberline, including a fitness facility and outdoor heated pool and hot tub.

Town Homes
The ski-in Polar Peak Lodges and ski-in/ski-out Thunder Ridge Chalets both offer 3 and 4 bedroom suites to sleep up to 10 persons. With a covered garage for your car, bike or other sports equipment, most units offer private hot tubs, games rooms, private washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace and personal barbecue – everything you need to continue your adventures at the end of your play day. Perfect for families and small groups, guests staying at these complexes also have access to the fitness centre at the King Fir Lodge at Timberline, including fitness facilities, outdoor heated pool and hot tub.
Log Cabins
Set in a beautiful treed nook, the Snow Creek cabins are a classic in Canadiana design, each with everything you need for your home away from home: private hot tub, ski-in/ski-out location, and deck with barbecue. Each cabin sleeps up to 8 persons. Guests can also access the adjacent Snow Creek Lodge athletic facilities, including outdoor heated pool and hot tubs.
Condominiums
Snow Creek Lodge, with its convenient ski-in/ski-out location, and the mountainside Timberline Village, only steps to the lifts or use the free shuttle service, boast more 150 suites between six classic mountain lodges. Suites vary from 1 or 2 bedrooms with lofts, sleeping up to 8 persons (including sofa pull outs). All properties have gas fireplace, full kitchen, deck and coin-operated washer/dryer. Guests can access outdoor heated pools and indoor fitness rooms, common barbecues, lockers and Front Desk services.
These suites are ideal for couples, families, small gatherings and large groups requiring individual privacy. Sleeping arrangements are varied, including single, bunk, sofa pullout, queen and king beds. Depending on the amenities and décor, rates at the Timberline Condos range from Bronze to Gold.
With your choice of decks, lounges and function rooms to suite any occasion up to 150 people, enjoy the convenience of having all of your guests under one roof – our condos are a perfect choice for a small wedding or three-generation family reunion.
Browse our boutique offerings, enjoy a relaxing lunch or après at the Café in Snow Creek Lodge, or set up a round robin tournament in one of two games rooms at Timberline Village. Balsam Lodge at Timberline boasts private outdoor hot tubs. Elevators, internet access and meeting rooms are additional options. Lodge Rooms
A perfect short-stay solution for those wanting to experience Fernie resort's myriad dining options, and want to keep spend minimum time in their lodging. Available at Timberline Village and Snow Creek Lodge, these rooms sleep a maximum of 2 people and come with queen beds, kettles or coffee makers, microwaves – some with TV's.
