Every one of our staff members at Fernie Lodging Company wants to anticipate - and exceed - our guest's expectations every visit.
Every season, we select an energetic team from all over the globe to ensure you live your best vacation. Our Front Desks are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from December through April. Summer hours are 9:00-9:00 p.m. You will always find a Duty Manager in the event of an emergency.
Contact us before your departure and we'll stock your fridge, purchase lift tickets and arrange your activities, so your vacation starts the moment you arrive. We're experts on the ski area, restaurants and shopping, area attractions, driving directions, rentals, weather and any activity you can imagine. Just ask - we're happy to help.
Our Snow Creek Lodge and Timberline gift boutiques feature everything from ski accessories and sunscreen to toiletries, giftware, confectionary, and fashion clothing.
Set aside time to enjoy our spa, fitness rooms, outdoor heated pools and hot tubs, barbecues, and the ski-in/ski-out café at Snowcreek Lodge for a quick lunch or après by the fire.
Essence Mountain Escape Spa features treatments from massage (relaxation, sports, hot and cold stone) and thalassotherapy wraps to facials, foot and leg therapy, and reflexology. Our new spa at Timberline Lodges is perfect after a hard day on the slopes. Snowcreek Lodge also offers a massage therapy room for Guests at both Snow Creek Lodge and Snow Creek Cabins.
During or after your stay, please complete a comment card - we are always striving to improve services for our guests and recognize outstanding employees. Be sure to include your contact information - all comment cards are entered into a draw for a two-night stay.
