Our Sales & Reservations Centre is located in the heart of Fernie, B.C. at Fernie Alpine Resort, and each of our agents boast extensive knowledge of our lodging and accommodation, as well as Fernie. Since a number of us ski or board, and our staff have a great view of the mountain from their on-mountain office we have endless resources to give you up-to-the-minute snow conditions!

Safety
Genuine concern for our Guests, owners and staff safety are at the forefront of our decision making. Properties are monitored on a daily basis for safety and cleanliness. We work closely with our properties' Strata Managers to ensure reliable service, while our onsite Maintenance Manager will address any safety concerns so you are free to enjoy your time in Fernie. During your stay, our Guest Services department, 24-hour Resort Security team and on-call Duty Manager will address any questions or concerns.
Environmental Awareness
We are constantly evaluating our daily practices in the areas of energy efficiency, water conservation, purchasing and waste minimization. Some initiatives include covering pools and hot tubs when not in use, closing/opening blinds to take advantage of the sun, energy efficient light bulbs, towel program, recycling, and reducing paper communications through the use of email.
Our housekeeping partners collect recyclables daily, and funds are donated throughout Fernie resort to a variety of charities.
Fernie's natural outdoor setting is an undeniable attraction, and bears, deer, moose, rabbits, cougars, birds and fish are also residents. We ask that you never leave your garbage outside: attracting a bear puts both animal and human at risk.

If your organization would like to request funding or an in-kind donation, please submit your request in writing. A minimum of two weeks' notice is required for all requests as well as an additional 2 weeks notice in advance of producing your marketing materials is required.
