Our Sales & Reservations centre is located in the heart of Fernie, B.C., at Fernie Alpine Resort, and each of our agents boasts extensive knowledge of our lodging and accommodation, as well as the beautiful area and historic City of Fernie.
Since a number of us ski or board, and since our staff have a great view of the mountain from their on-mountain office, we can keep you current with up-to-the-minute snow condition information.

Genuine concern for our guests, owners and staff safety are at the forefront of our decision making. Properties are monitored on a daily basis for safety and cleanliness. We work closely with our properties’ Strata Managers to ensure reliable service, and our onsite maintenance manager addresses any safety concerns so you are free to enjoy your time in Fernie. During your stay, our guests services department, 24-hour resort security team and on-call duty manager will address any questions or concerns.
We are constantly evaluating our daily practices in the areas of energy efficiency, water conservation, purchasing and waste minimization. Some initiatives include covering pools and hot tubs when not in use, closing/opening blinds to take advantage of the sun, energy efficient light bulbs, towel program, recycling, and reducing paper communications through the use of e-mail. Our housekeeping partners collect recyclables daily, and funds are donated throughout Fernie to a variety of charities.
Fernie’s natural outdoor setting is an undeniable attraction. Bears, deer, moose, rabbits, cougars, birds, and fish are also residents. We ask that you never leave your garbage outside: attracting a bear puts both animal and human at risk.
