What is included with a deep clean?
Full deep cleans include inspecting and washing walls, having the furniture moved and cleaned underneath, the fridge and stove will be pulled out and cleaned behind and inside, all cupboards cleaned inside and out, range hood filters cleaned, thermostats checked, mattresses flipped, and many other items. If you would like to see a detailed list of items completed during the deep clean, please let us know.
Steam cleaning of carpets and upholstery incur additional costs, and are quoted on a case by case basis. To extend the lifespan of your carpets and furniture, we recommend that you consider having them done at least yearly.

Are you planning on purchasing new appliances for your property? Fernie Lodging Company has experienced maintenance staff that will happily assist in the installation of your new appliances. We can receive delivery of your new appliances and complete installation, as well as remove and dispose of the old ones. Many appliances require several contractors to be called out, including plumbing and electrical, but our maintenance staff can install most items all at once.
