Thank you for sharing your wonderful feedback! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed our convenient location, easy access to biking and skiing, and especially the pool and hot tubs. We’re also glad you found the unit well equipped. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the window air-conditioning unit and the temperature in the bedroom. We understand that this setup may not have been what you expected, and we appreciate your feedback. We’re also sorry about the sticky door lock and the difficulty you experienced accessing the unit. We’ll have this reviewed by our maintenance team. Thank you again for your feedback. We hope to welcome you back for another enjoyable stay!
