Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad to hear you enjoyed your stay overall, Kyle! We’re sorry to hear about the noise from the upstairs neighbors. We understand how that can be unsettling, especially for your dogs. We’ll look into this to help improve the experience for future guests. We hope you will be back soon!
