Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that you experienced an issue with a leaking toilet during your stay, and we are very sorry for the inconvenience this caused. We will immediately have our maintenance team inspect and fix the fixture to ensure this doesn't happen again. We also appreciate your comment regarding the additional cleaning fees. We aim for transparency in all our pricing, and we'll certainly review our fee structure to ensure it is clearly communicated and justifiable. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.
