Timberline Lodges King Fir #421

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear that the location worked well as a home base for exploring Fernie and that you enjoyed the outdoor pool, hot tubs, and well-stocked kitchen. We sincerely apologize that the cleanliness and towel supply did not meet your expectations. The areas you mentioned, including dust on the radiators, the kitchen backsplash, and dishes requiring rewashing, are certainly not the standard we aim to provide. We’ll be sharing your comments with our housekeeping team for closer attention. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding the can opener and will look into adding one to the kitchen supplies. Thank you again for helping us identify areas where we can improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience on your next visit.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how concerning and unpleasant this must have been.
